How long is the free trial for paid plans?
14 days. Cancel anytime from the billing page; the Shopify billing API handles refunds during the trial window.
Which document types are supported?
Invoice, packing slip, receipt, credit note, quote, proforma, delivery note, and return form. Each can use any of the 15 built-in templates or your custom one.
Is the app EU-compliant (e-invoicing)?
Yes. The Pro and Business plans include ZUGFeRD and Factur-X XML embedded in the PDF, plus a VAT compliance checklist (sequential numbering, tax breakdown, company data) per market.
Can customers download their invoice without contacting support?
Yes. PDFDoctor exposes a self-serve link on the Shopify customer account/order page, so buyers can download invoices and packing slips on demand.
What is auto-send and when does it trigger?
Auto-send delivers the PDF by email when an order is paid, fulfilled, or refunded — configurable per document type. Available on Starter and up (Pro for fulfillment triggers).
Do you have bulk export?
Yes. Select multiple orders and generate or download a ZIP — useful for month-end accounting handoffs. Pro and Business plans only.
Where is the data hosted?
RMMS.Cloud private infrastructure. PDFs are stored encrypted; merchant data is never sold or shared. Full privacy policy at rmms.cloud/privacy.
