Privacy Policy

RMMS.Cloud ("RMMS", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we handle information when you use our websites, demos, waitlists, and SaaS applications such as ProfitOps.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the service, respond to inquiries, and improve product quality.

  • Contact & account data: name, email, company, and messages you submit via forms or support.
  • Product usage & diagnostics: in-app events, configuration metadata, and error logs needed to maintain reliability and security.
  • Billing identifiers: processed by our payment processor when you subscribe to paid plans—we do not store full payment card numbers on RMMS infrastructure.
  • Connected platforms:when you authorize Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar integrations, we access data strictly according to the scopes you approve and the platform's terms.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, and improve RMMS products and APIs.
  • Communicate about onboarding, service updates, and support.
  • Detect abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Analyze aggregated or de-identified trends to guide roadmap decisions.

3. Third-party services

We rely on subprocessors that meet industry-standard security practices. Depending on your use of RMMS, data may transit or be processed by vendors such as:

  • Stripe for subscription billing and invoicing.
  • Shopify when you install or use Shopify-embedded experiences.
  • HubSpot or Salesforce when you connect those CRM environments to RMMS features.
  • Infrastructure, email delivery, observability, or analytics vendors under strict data processing agreements.

Each integration is optional except where required to deliver the specific feature you enabled.

4. Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage for authentication, session continuity, conversion measurement, and product analytics. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit parts of the marketing site experience.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. Upon account deletion (where available), we remove or anonymize identifiers within a commercially reasonable timeframe unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar regulations, including:

  • Access to the personal data we maintain about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate information.
  • Deletion or restriction of processing where applicable.
  • Objection to certain processing activities.
  • Data portability where technically feasible.

To exercise these rights, email support@rmms.cloud. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. International transfers

RMMS may process data in the United States and other regions where we or our subprocessors operate. When transferring personal data from the EU, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational controls—such as encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and monitoring—to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use strong credentials and platform-level security features.

9. Children's privacy

RMMS services are not directed to children under 16. If you believe we collected information from a child, contact us and we will promptly delete it where required.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the product, email, or an on-site notice together with an updated effective date.
